The Cultural District, already a top tourist destination, will be faced with great challenges and opportunities over the next five to ten years. A wave of significant development is approaching with the emergence of the Trinity River Vision and Trinity Uptown bordering the Cultural District; construction of Montgomery Plaza and South of Seventh (So7); and several other major projects currently underway. It is essential that property owners take an active role in guiding the district's orderly build-out to ensure individual and overall success.
